Some site evolutions

New collection field, help us page, and more

Here is the main changes:

- a new page is here to help us improve the database (access the link in the “action” box, need to be logged)
You’ll find a description on how you can help up, and some lists (dynamic) of missing information.

- new collection field :
It can be use to group tables of same collection (for example Pinball Fantaisies tables). Tables of same collection are listed in “links” tab.

- sort by votes / comments / views /downloads possible

and more minor changes :

- list in list mode show nb of views / downloads
- number of user online / guest online is displayed on homepage
- selected category is now in bold in “plateform” box
- page numbers now start at 1 (we’re not machine ;) )
