Minor evolutions

A little update

This is a maintenance update with the following : 

- 3 new requests in improve db page.

- table form submission : don't show tradename and ipdb number for videogame recreation

- collection field is now seperate from title in search form dans submission form to avoid confusion

- table detail : type is now displayed (original, recreation, etc ...)

- removal of autorized mod field : it was misused and, indeed, useless.
